Privacy Policy

Updated October 22, 2026

This site is the portfolio of Timothy Hogan, a photographer and motion director. I collect what you send me when you write to me, and I count visits with a few standard tools so I know which work gets looked at. I do not sell your information.

What you send me

If you email me, I get your name, your email address, your company and whatever you write about the project. I use it to reply and to talk about the work. I keep project correspondence as long as it is useful and delete it if you ask. If you use the Stay connected box in the footer, your email address, and anything you add about what you are working on, is saved to a Google Sheet that only I can open.

How I use it

To answer inquiries, discuss and quote work, understand which pages people visit, and show my work to people who might want to hire me. I do not sell your information.

Analytics, advertising and hosting

The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and clicks on my email link: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located, what device and browser they use, and how they arrived. It also uses the Meta pixel, which tells Meta when someone who came from my Instagram or Facebook visits a page, and Google Ads remarketing, which lets Google show my work to people who have visited the site. These tools set cookies and receive your IP address and browser details. They do not give me your name or email. I also use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, which report how my pages appear in search results and do not run when you visit. The site is hosted by Framer, which keeps standard server logs. Google and Meta handle visit data under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, the site does not load the Meta pixel or Google Ads remarketing. You can also block these tools with your browser’s tracking protection or a content blocker, and the site will still work. Google offers an opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and you can manage ads in your Facebook, Instagram and Google ad settings. California residents can ask me what I hold about them or ask me to delete it.
